fixmystreet.com

It's been around for nearly three years now, but the www.fixmystreet.com
website is a fantastically useful tool for local people. It is a one-stop
shop for reporting local problems, be it fly tipping, graffiti or faulty
street lights. The messages are automatically sent to the appropriate local
council, and anyone can sign up to get reports emailed to them to find out
what's going on. Far too often people complain about problems with local
services, but never report it. This is one of the easiest ways of making
your concerns known and logging it so that authorities can be held to
account.
