The Court of Appeal has today upheld the original sentences for the killers of Thames Valley Police Constable Andrew Harper. The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) had appealed the sentences handed out to Henry Long, Albert Bowers and Jessie Cole as unduly lenient.
