Please join me for drinks at on the first night of this year's Conservative Party Conference in Manchester. Now that we can return to the physical conference I am pleased to be able to hold another reception for friends and colleagues. As ever this will be a very informal affair, but please do pop in to meet friends old and new. The venue is the same as recent years in Manchester (although it's been rebranded) and it is just a short walk from the secure zone on Deansgate.
