Join us at the Hilton Hotel Gatwick on Saturday 18th May 2019 for a conference to discuss how we might improve day to day life for everyone living in the towns and countryside in the South East.
George Freeman MP will be introducing the day. We will have speakers and panel members from parliament, local government, the private sector and think tanks, with lots of opportunities for attendees to ask questions and give their views.
Registration will commence from 9am and the conference starts at 10am. Included in the price there will be a three course hot buffet for lunch and other refreshments during the day, all rounded off with a sparkling reception at the end, to finish about 6pm.
The Hilton Hotel is next to the South Terminal at the airport and therefore well connected by rail links. If you are planning to drive then the Hotel has special rate event parking which you can add to your Conference ticket when making your booking.
If you have mobility issues and need disabled bay parking please email firstname.lastname@example.org
The Hilton is also offering a discounted rate for anyone who wants to stay the night before. This is £99 for single occupancy and £109 for double. To take advantage of this please go to http://eventsathilton.com/show...
