Oxfordshire County Council is working with the Highways Agency on a scheme to construct north-facing slip roads to connect the A34 with the A4185 Newbury Road and Hagbourne Hill at the Chilton Interchange.
To obtain legal authority to implement the scheme the Secretary of State proposes to make two Orders under the Highways Act 1980. Before doing so, the Secretary of State is required to make copies of the draft Orders together with supporting items available for public inspection.

Any person may object to the making of these Orders by writing to the Secretary of State for Transport at Wing 4B, Highways Agency, Federated House, London Road, Dorking Surrey, RH4 1SZ (FAO Wayne Moore), by no later than 25 July 2014.
