From Tuesday 14 July we will be sending a form to every household across the district asking people to confirm the details for all eligible voters at their property. People must respond to this request for information, even if they are already registered to vote. The easiest way for someone to confirm whether the details on the form are correct is to do so online atwww.registerbyinternet.com/southandvale using the security code found on the form. The more people who respond immediately the better as this will help to reduce the amount of reminders and visits we have to organise later this year. Any household who hasn’t received a form by the end of July should get in touch with the Electoral Services Team on 01235 540351 to ask for a replacement.
