It was nice to see so many people in Faringdon for the Heritage day,especially as the weather had turned rather colder than we had enjoyedearlier in the week. The Church, Folly Tower, Corn Exchange, Masonic Halland Old Town Hall were all open to visitors, exhibiting a variety ofactivities. I am sure it provided a much needed boost to local trade lookingat the number of people in shops such as the Nut Tree and Budgens. A good day all round.
