Thursday, 15 January, 2015

There has been a major fire at the South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse District councils building in Crowmarsh Gifford. Most services will be affected. The councils are putting their business continuity plan into place to make sure the effect on the most important front line services is kept to a minimum. If anybody has an emergency they need to speak to the council about they can call 01235 520202. Please only call if you have an emergency. This includes if you are at threat of being made homeless today. Our websites are currently down. Services unaffected include waste collections and leisure centres

  • For questions about waste and recycling please contact our contractors Biffa on 03000 610 610
  • You can still make council tax payments and enquiries over the phone on 0845 303 8506 (South residents) or 0845 372 3201 (vale residents).
