A new website called OxOnline offers some interesting information about the ongoing campaign to bring better internet and mobile phone coverage to Oxfordshire. The maps are particuarly interesting in showing, not just where the gaps in coverage are, but also the gaps in infrastructure. The Vale of White Horse is one of the Council's involved in the campaign. Aside from the drive for better coverage in rural areas, the Vale are also leading the way, investigating ways of ensuring wireless broadband is available in all of the districts towns.
