Possibly the most interesting application at tonight's Vale planning meeting was an application by Wantage Investments Ltd. on the former H&L site on Limborough Road in Wantage. The area which has seen recent expansion with Sainsbury's and Argos amongst others will now have two new restaurants along with 14 flats. The application was passed unanimously and I hope will be a welcome addition to the town.
