I was please to receive a certificate on behalf of the Oxfordshire Conservatives Group as finalists for Campaigning in the National Excellence Awards earlier today. David Cameron made the presentation ahead of his speech at today's Spring Forum in Brighton.The ceremony was held at the Hilton Metropole and a number of representatives from Associations in Oxfordshire attended. Olive Kelland, Vice-President of the Oxford West & Abingdon Association also received a lifetime achievement award for her work for the Party over many decades.
