Last night I was fortunate enough to attend a cocktail party in celebration of Her Majesty The Queen's birthday hosted by Lieutenant General Graham at the Defence Academy, Shrivenham. It was a useful opportunity to meet with people involved in all areas of public life. The evening finished in spectacular style with a fly past by three aircraft from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. A Lancaster, a hurricane and a spitfire took part and flew over, not just once, but four times. Thoroughly impressive!
