Ahead of the 2011 elections the we set out our Vision for the Vale which set out our plans for the district. We are grateful for the support we received from residents who backed us at those elections and returned the Conservatives for the first time in more than a decade. We have delivered on that plan and we updated our vision to keep it current for the elections in 2015. Now we are looking ahead to 2020 and asking local residents and businesses to contribute their thoughts on what the district should look like at the end of the decade. Four years is a long time, we want to plan ahead to make sure the Vale continues to offer leading public services for all our residents.
